ROBOTIC CELL: TWIN ROBOTS

Mission:
Design, manufacture and commissioning of a robotic cell for welding scaffolding equipment, intended to replace a manual production operation, by the integration of twin robots.

Characteristics: Redesign of the means of production by automation and robotization, pneumatic clamping of elements, integrated MIG/MAG welding means, loading/unloading in masked time by the integration of a turntable.

The RJ group’s contributions: design of the production line, process reliability through robot trajectories (reduction of scrap), improvement of cycle time by integrating two synchronized robots, scalable robotic cell…
